I'm achievement hunting, and I'm trying to get Gokkun, which requires you to be rough with prostitutes twice. Is it perk based or something?
No, you just choose Rose or Daisy, then choose bj, then ask them for this, and fail the Charisma check.
Check the wiki (well, it spoils something).
