Its similar for me but I can download the game but I can't install the game. I have not been able to fix it. I don't have anything blocking or preventing from going through either (phone settings or otherwise).
Every time I have an installing problem, it's about storage available. It needs a huge amount of space, I think I had 24/32 GB free, and I still has to clear about one GB. But I honestly have the cheapest device I found, so if I have no issues besides storage, I don't think anyone else should have them.
