I'm on PC, I can't figure out how to use items, I have tried opening the items menu and clicking on them with no luck, I have tried arrow keys, and changing key binds, I can't seem to find a way to use them.
Edit: Figured it out, you have to press enter to select the menu, then you can click on items or select via arrow keys.
