i know this is a gag game and all but like. am i expected to play this with a joystick or is this just a bug

you can configure controls in settings -> controls

i know this, it's the first thing i tried and it doesn't work there. with a series x controller, at least.

Huh, that is weird.
Do you have Steam installed? A possible workaround could be to add the game as a non-steam game and opening it though there.

  1. Launch Steam.
  2. Click the Games  menu, choose Add a Non-Steam Game to My Library.
  3. Browse for games on your computer or put a check next to the game(s) you wish to add to the Library.
  4. Click on Add Selected Programs .

Maybe this can help

i'll try that out later, thanks for the suggestion!

I tried this and it worked when I put steam in to big picture mode, then I had to go to settings and rebind my keys. after that it worked perfectly.

Thats worked, had to configure the controller, but finally, for some reason, its good

Im getting this too, using an xbox series s contoller, no d pad left or right inputs

just tried an xbox one controller too, still nothing

UPDATE: even after adding the game to steam, and trying an xbox 360 controller, still left and right dpad refuse to be recognized :/

for the record im using Europe version 1.0.7
