Bad: Try to buy something from Morshu without the required amount of rupees
Good: Buy everything from Morshu (Rob the small shop in the town)
Weed: Buy weed from the guy in the alley for 2 rupees then give it to Morshu
Credit: Ask Morshu for credit 3 times
Betrayal: Push the wall in the alley and open the shop
Robbery: Get the gun from the shop and Rob morshu
Secret: Do everything non-ending causing in one run (Make sure to push the wall in the alley but don't open the shop)
