You start off easy at stage 1 and then go along twice as hard to everything progressively getting more and more difficult. It is perfectly balanced, nothing is harder than it has to be and overstays it's welcome. It is perfect for people who don't want to waste 1000 hours on hard games but still want a really hard challenge that will take them hours. Every screen is surprisingly specific and none of the levels feel out of place, they are all different colours, sounds, smells, taste, but they fit great into this medley game. The character design for Kamilia and other characters is very good, much better than most anime made nowadays. Needle is great, each stage was fun and all of the frustration and badness pays off if you beat it and YOU WILL, if you actually want it. Kamilia 3 is an example of quality doesn't equal enjoyment, but here I enjoyed it fully. Ridiculously stupid game for it's difficulty. Worth to play, very good. Boss rush was also pretty good, each boss isn't forgettable and everything there takes a great, fun challenge. Strongly recommend it.
