Novetus won't work

When I run Start Novetus.bat, it opens the command prompt window for a split second but does nothing else. I've also tried to run NovetusCMD but it open then gives me an error code and quits. I tried running as Admin and it still does not work.

This is what happens if I run NovetusCMD.exe

How do I solve this?

I also re-extracted the entire thing and it still didn't work.

right click novetus and then click the extract files. and when you do that go open your novetus window that you extract and double click bin and double click novetus and enjoy.

Apparently a family member crashed the computer by opening many server clients at a time so that may be the problem.
