i found that while i was pressing z to choose my save file it kept showing your logo and then putting me back on the start screen

I will echo this. Downloaded the demo yesterday, progress is currently at 61%. Just opened the game and attempted loading the save file and like Dittodude159 notated, it shows the logo then kicks me back to the start screen.
