Hi! I really like the way the lighting is so easy to use, and I've made use of it on my first real map. Shortly after getting into that element, I noticed the option for GM-only text, as well. When I export my map, though, it obviously all becomes a flat image, rather than having things I can manipulate or show/hide. All this, combined with the ability to make character tokens and such, leads me to believe RPG Editor 2 is intended to be a more robust tool than simply making .pngs and .jpgs to pass out onto Astral and Roll20.
Can anyone help me figure out what would be the best way to make use of these features, especially the built-in lighting, for my VTT games?
Secondary question, while I'm here: What do I do if I want to move a single room of my map a few squares over? Do I need to delete that entire section and remake it where I want it, or is it possible to select and drag certain parts of the map while leaving others still?
