just go to middle of Central and talk to this guy, and beat the Solo Fights
how many times do I have to win to get the medal
TBH I'm not quite sure, Since I did the solo arena last year... I totally forgot how many battles it takes to beat the arena, but It isn't that hard.
is there a medal for group fight too ?
