I'm glad you're enjoying the game! I let patron polls guide a lot of my thematic choices, but all of these are on the table. 

1. Pegging is on my short list of options; there will definitely be a scene where an NPC can do so to the player, and I have at least some more on the drawing board.
2. Ballbusting/CBT is probably the least likely, just because I don't have much experience or personal interest with it and, if done to the protagonist, it'd be limited to only protagonists with the right anatomy. Mild ball torture (tapping/squeezing) and sounding are more likely.
3. I definitely want to include at least one more trans character, but they'll probably be a minor NPC; I don't see the addition of any more major characters.
4. The primary dynamic between Theresa and the protagonist will always be with her as the sub, but I want to include more table-turning play scenes.
5. I'd like this! As above, I probably won't add any more major characters, but there are opportunities for minor characters or existing ones.
