Whenever I run GodAI it says that it failed to create process. I have tried completely deleting it along with all of it's files but that didn't seem to work, any ideas?

Try to remove whitespaces in path to your folder, like "D:\<***>\GodAI - Windows" -> "D:\<***>\GodAI-Windows".
