Render Won't Start on RTX 3090

Good Afternoon,

First time using this program and it appears that I'm getting the below error. I don't understand why it won't start and complete.

Below are current PC specs are:

i9 9900KS

32 GBs 3600MHz memory

RTX 3090

It just sits at the below:

Check out v0.48 which is intended to support Nvidia RTX 30X0 cards. Let us know if it works!
