On 7 August 2020, my debut novel Grey Dawn: A Tale of Abolition and Union premiered. Over the past year, so many of you have read and loved it, and some of you have become members of my Patreon, supporting my continued endeavors at creating kickass lesbian fiction and more. So to celebrate this auspicious anniversary-- one that coincides with Sendai Tanabata-- I've created this, the Sendai Tanabata Sale, and bundling Haya and Laidleyville, two audio stories that continue Leigh and Chloë's tale. Each story comes in both audiobook and ebook form; Laidleyville includes original art!
Tanabata-- the Star Festival-- was 7/7 by the lunisolar calendar. While most places in Japan observe it on 7 July, in Sendai, where Leigh's mother's family comes from, Tanabata is on August 7, which is the solar calendar's equivalent of the old 7/7. With that 7-7 in mind, I've set the goal for this sale at $77.
Haya and Kami of Fortune follow Leigh and Chloë as a newlywed couple, six years after the events of the novel. Although faced with the sorts of challenges we all might encounter in life, and contending with their own scars and messiness, they are still learning to be whole, loving, and loved, scars and all. These stories will also give you a sense of how I will be voicing the audiobook of Grey Dawn, which is coming at you in 2022 from Balance of Seven Press!
Please support this bundle and my work, and help me grow my business and what I bring to you all. Please also follow, and spread the word-- and while you're at it, follow me on Twitter, Patreon, Wordpress, Redbubble, and Facebook!
