Hi! My name is Steven Alexander - I'm and indie game developer and one of the writers and producers on Quest for Infamy and Order of the Thorne - award winning retro point and click adventure games by Infamous Quests!
I've suffered from End Stage Renal disease for almost 20 years... I've been on dialysis for years, and two weeks ago.... I got the call! They had a kidney that matched me, which was a miracle because I had 98% HLA Antibodies, making me very difficult match... and I'm feeling great, but I have a bit of a road to recovery in front of me!
In addition to some medical bills I have to pay related to dialysis and the transplant procedure, and being out of work for a while, I decided to put together this sale to try and help raise some funds to help out. (It also doesn't help that my main TV broke down and won't power up right now either!!)
If you grew up playing games by Sierra On Line, or even LucasArts.... give our games a look! They're on sale 80% off right now - and a low bundle price not only gets you the games, but the full soundtracks and a digital edition of THE QFI COMPANION, which gives you insight into the making of the game, as well as hints, walkthroughs, maps, charts, graphs... you name it. Every purchase you make helps me out so much, and I can't say thank you enough.
EACH PURCHASE COMES WITH A STEAM KEY, SO YOU CAN ADD THE GAME TO YOUR LIBRARY!
I've got a goal of $500 - so if I sell 250 games at $2 that's a miracle! Or 71 bundles at $7.00! So please, share, RT, tell a friend, pass it on. I appreciate it. So does my family, and my kidney, which my friend Meg has dubbed "Sydney".
