SpriteForge 1.0 is out.
50% off until the 4th of October, then it's $14.99.

I built it because my sprite pipelines kept starting with video. Clay shoots, rendered turntables, and screen recordings. SpriteForge is the whole bridge: extract frames (scored for blur and similarity so duplicates group themselves), chroma-key and clean them, pack a MaxRects atlas with Phaser 3 / Godot 4 / Aseprite metadata, or slice an old sheet back into frames. The screenshots are the actual app and the GIFs are built from a real run on the bundled sample clip. Windows build with everything bundled; nothing to install.
Why pay when free splitters exist? Those upload your unreleased art to someone else's server. This one has no account, no queue, no watermark, no network. Buy once, run it forever.
