I dunno if I'm just the sick one but I am kind of bummed that the health issues cant progress beyond symptoms. Having to actually be a caretaker for these feedees and juggling keeping them fed/alive seems like it would be a good mechanic especially when you get more feedees (and toss the more extreme feedists a bone while youre at it)
