what are all the objects around the house, i cant figure out what some are and what they do

please fix the dead pixels in his watch sprite (and maybe give him a slight white outline so i can see where the rest of his body is)

(update on the outlines, please give his text box an outline too, against white i cant see it)

(maybe also add a setting to change where his default watch position is?)
