This is a super chill game and I haven't played any like it during this jam, very original. Loved all the characters and the board game style!

The tense music and sparse sound design felt really appropriate for the game. Good job on getting such a polished menu and front end experience with difficulty levels and tutorials. Loved having a big area to explore as well, great job and thanks for checking out my game!

Multiple characters with animations, a map andddd cutscenes!? You made great use of your time and created a really cool game. Sweet visuals and music, and just really well put together overall. Thanks for checking out my game and great job on yours!

Got to round 12! Great game and I don't play dominos, but I play DomiRogue! What a madman for making something so polished in such a short time. I'll definitely be sinking time into this when I want to chill and vibe out with some dominos. Tasty sound design and slick visuals. I liked the feedback of the dominos jiggling when you click them. Very well done!

Some of my favorite art in the jam, and I love the main character and enemy designs! The gameplay and combat feel good with nice feedback on the enemies. Really cool environments and the sound design was well done too. My only complaints would be the lightning skill is a bit of a flashbang grenade to my eyes. That and the performance dipped pretty bad at times but that could be my dying laptop haha. Great game with a ton of personality!

TLDR: Great game dude!

I cast "Pot of Greed!" I said I was gonna stop after rating 100 games. Saw yours and said "okay, 101." Good move on my part because I ended up loving this game. Hilarious intro that gets you points for Originality & Innovation. It is pretty much a Brotato/ Vampire Survivors-Like but it is a darn good one. Tasty sound fx / music to get you pumped and awesome art! Super solid foundation with the upgrade system and multiple weapons already. I'd keep leaning into your sense of humor to make your games (no matter the genre) memorable and original.

Pushing the batteries was indeed difficult but the slowly building chaos of it was fun. The low poly graphics were cool and it performed well considering at one point it said I had like 400 batteries. Cool concept and use of the theme, just polish up the physics of the batteries if you want it to be a little more accessible.

I'm biased because I read the description about playing a fighting game in computer class and I think that is awesome! The art is good and the characters remind me of the ones from the games I would play when I was supposed to be working in computer class haha! This is a cool game for bringing over a laptop and playing with a friend.

Great visuals and sound. I loved when I realized there was a little physics minigame to start the actual game. I did not love when I realized how difficult it was to start the actual game. I was unable to play the actual game. I still gave you a really forgiving rating because I'm almost positive I'd love your game. Physics games are right up my alley but even after tweaking the sensitivity it was just a little to cumbersome. I will come back and try this again at some point because the comments make it seem like I'm missing out on a lot.

Five stars for Audio hahaaa! I always prefer original art but you used the Kenney (Kenny?) assets really well for a cohesive aesthetic. Fun and polished little game with a great sense of humor that makes it memorable. Gotta agree about hearing the Wilhem scream. Great work!

Cool original art! I liked the setup and story, setting you up for a satisfying "a-ha" moment. Good crunchy sound too. Didn't encounter any bugs or issues and managed to make it to the end, good job!

Love the shoot-to-move mechanic! The quick restart when you die makes failure less frustrating and the small, tight levels keep things fresh. Definitely something to continue building on here!

Short and sweet, with tons of style and humor as well! I loved the art and sound. The intro was cool and the outro was hilarious. Good stuff!

The difficulty ramped up at a good pace, the farther you get the more you appreciate the fast player movement. The visuals are slick and cohesive although I get a bit of an AI/Clip Art vibe, good music and sound too!

I agree the game has potential, and it feels really good. I love the particles for the bullet shells and when the enemies get hit. The sound is crunchy and crispy too, keep building onto what you have here!

Sweet art, loved the design of the Overpower Juice and the character. Cool environments as well with the gritty sewer aesthetic. Short and simple but I didn't see any bugs. You've got a solid foundation to build more puzzles and add new mechanics/obstacles. Good Job!

Great art and character designs, the attack animations and effects looked sweet too. The story going on in the background was cool especially towards the end talking about choosing a purpose it almost made me tear up like a cheesy anime moment. Keep putting that heart and personal touch into your work to make an impact on people!

Love the trippy art and enemy designs, very memorable! The music was nice but it felt out of place. The game definitely gets better once you start picking up upgrades and things get crazy. Good job on this, keep working on it or start a new project incorporating what you learned here!

Five stars for the theme haha I like the sense of humor embracing how OP you are. It was a short experience but I didn't encounter any bugs. At the very least you have a solid foundation for more content, just be sure to include the heart and humor that made this shine!

I got the light to turn green which I assume means I closed or completed the circuit? Hilarious ending voice overs. Maybe turn this into an edu-tainment type of game by including the information you had in the description along with more electrical facts.

This is a good little puzzle platformer demo! You've got a relatively simple mechanic that you could do a lot with. Felt satisfying getting past that second level with the glass platforms. Keep iterating and brainstorming on new puzzle designs and levels, you already have good systems in place to work with.

Totally agree about this being addictive, the physics feel of the gameplay is very fun. Fun quirky music too, this game just has good funny vibes especially with the premise of the crash test dude. Just good ol' fun, well done!

Really smooth presentation with appealing designs and a good color palette. With even more items/enemies and modifiers this could become really cool. I'm imagining progression with things that carry over from different levels or runs, all sorts of stuff. Well done!

Great concept, playing four shmups at once! I would continue working on this and adding new ship/enemy types as well as new biomes. Cool effects too with the screen turning to static when you lose a ship, good presentation overall.

Sweet space backgrounds and minimalist ship designs. Cheat Code mode felt great and still performed well with all the projectiles on screen! I would say you could work on better feedback when the player is taking damage, but I made it to the top 10 for now so let's goooo.

Love the games theme, message and sense of humor. All the art looks clean I just hope that it wasn't AI as I saw you credited Chat GPT but I'm assuming that's just for troubleshooting or something. Cool to see each minigame feeling different and complete. Keep making games with heart like this!

Thanks for playing! You can press "Y" to restart but I will switch that to "R" in the future, I'm so clumsy on controls that I kept hitting "R" on accident while playing and restarting. But I noticed most games use "R" to restart so I'm just gonna cave haha I'll check out your game and let you know what I think.

The icons and art help the game work without any text/tutorial which is cool. I dig the look and style. It was cool to see the addition of a new item a few levels in with the hammer. Keep working on this and adding cool twists like the flashlight level!

I like the idea of a super speedy character but maybe have them accelerate to their max speed a little slower. I also had a hard time with the vines despite trying to spam spacebar. With an easier first level the player could get used to the way the game feels. Keep working and you could end up with a fast and fun, slippery sliding platformer.

Slick little game with some nice visuals. The final battle was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the teleport mechanic. Level 3 was a fun puzzle and really had that "a-ha" moment. I would love to see more puzzles/levels and bosses.

I wasn't able to defeat Karnathel but the music helped get me pumped to try. I agree with the comment about potential things to add, keep improving!

Sweet abstract enemy designs, maybe have sound on by default I almost thought your game was silent. It get's pretty good once you start upgrading. I liked that you had damage numbers, particles and little touches like that.

Great movement mechanic, very satisfying with lots of juicy feedback to reinforce it. Loved the impact frame dash animation but I agree that an option to dial it down will be essential for accessibility. Great game feel with the slowdown on the dash, the game feels very responsive. Loved the slick and simple visuals with the bloom, the intro was also a great touch to make a simple game stick with you even more.

Classic Flash Game/ Newgrounds vibes. Being able to reallocate points for upgrades made me feel like Captain Picard. Switching up your build on the fly is a cool feature and having multiple enemy types added to the depth. Once you add in some sound and more feedback/juice it will feel more alive.

Pretty cool game, the obstacles bouncing around makes it dynamic and keeps you on your toes but it's chill at the same time. If you end up trying mine you can press "Y" to restart a level and press "2" to skip a level.

Great twist on the theme and upgrade system! Loved the art and having an intro cutscene added a lot to the polish, it was well done too. I think this would work really well on mobile as a chill little time burner.

Reminded me of Madness Interactive! Loved all the physics it makes the game way more dynamic and replayable. The graphics were slick and minimalist but still had charm.

Awesome sense of scale, the mothership felt massive and the ending cutscene was epic. Super cool to see the destructible environments as you hand to hand draw the various levels of destruction. The gameplay had just enough variety between platforming, hiding and shooting segments.

I was kinda brute forcing the puzzles but this was one of the few puzzle games where that felt good and almost intended. The complexity ramped up at a good pace which made learning without a tutorial feel okay (although of course a tutorial might be a good idea.) I also like how you interpreted the theme (being overpowered isn't always a good thing)

Cool character and art, the music was good too. I liked  the HUD and UI elements like the line between the player and the cursor. Definitely one of the more unique mechanics I've seen with the overpowered mechanic interacting with a hidden world.
