Hi i haven't yet been able to play the game because of the activation code, how can i get a valid code to play the game

I love this game a lot,the story is interesting and quite funny but i have a problem with the game,it crashes every few minutes please fix the issue but most of all im looking forward for the upcoming updates and when is season 1 available for free
