Went for Moonstone asap and then lucked into a Moonstone rush order and it gave me nearly +500M push to complete the Grand Engine a little faster. 2-3 such orders if RNG gods allow would prolly set it to ~8m mark

Pretty cool for a short game, though the pacing feels a little rushed, and constant switching and upgrading is a little jarring

Relics introduce more active play that consists of occasionally clicking and waiting, but the gains are hardly significant and RNG based and it really is just another Tribulation-style active progression with manual re-adventure and manual resolve of every conflict. What's more, after getting 3 epic equips it's hardly worth going for more.
On top of that adventuring poorly communicates that everything else will grind to a halt. Weird, but okay.
One relic improving Defy gains and frequency of it was nice. The rest seems kinda forgettable/hardly worth it, or I didn't encounter anything of the other uniques.

AI writing is also unpleasant. There is hardly enough text in the entire game to require it.
Having to also remember to toggle to keep items through heretical rebirth(???) is weird, unnecessary, and just another way to potentially forget and fail.
Is the next progression layer behind good path? Is that why the forge is there? Unclear pendant message. Getting Demonic qi is a massive hassle and time sink, so choosing it just to get some epic items you can find with just a bit of wait would be rather pointless otherwise.
At age 1600 and still nothing new unlocked, I don't feel like resetting a dozen times to unlock the next demonic path technique, killing progress to return to good path feels pointless, and no hint of anything new.
Not sure what the True Immortal milestones the devlog refers to are supposed to be, but nothing seems to have changed? Do I need to reset?

Either way, this isn't really the direction I was hoping the game would take, so that's it for me.

On that note, anti-flicker protection would be great too. Looking at the rapidly moving flashes of light as techniques re-level up is a wee bit hard on the eyes.
EDIT:

Soul Devouring Art (2500 Heretic unlock) is the same issue as before. It helps advance faster towards True Immortal, but not only was it possible to get there easily enough before, getting there offers no benefits, and does not contribute towards getting more Heretical Qi or any other advancement front really. At this point, at ~700 per reset, it would take over a dozen 200y resets to unlock the next ability.

Oh, and it would be nice to have settings for tribulations. Defy till lvl x, then Meditate would be wonderful and take care of remembering to change settings every new technique unlock.

True Immortal unlocking nothing is also a bit of a disappointment.
And if there is a next stage after Heretical reset, there is no hint of it after reaching year 200. Would be nice to know when it happens, if it does, to see if the wait is worth it/even possible.

I kinda like the idea, but it suffers from similar issues the base game does.

Money stops mattering before Heretical Path even unlocks. The first money upgrade there makes it super easy to get back to previous highs, but the second is utterly pointless and doesn't help in any way towards the next stretch of the journey.
A time speed increase would be preferable over 5x job pay when I'm already earning triple what everything worth getting from the market has to offer.
With it, I'm just earning 15x my needs(Grand Patriarch stage, at True Immortal it gets even more ridiculous).
It would at least synergize with the second longevity technique. Thousands of years at merely <4x game speed is tough.
Worse, the 500 to 2500 Demonic Qi requirement is harsh when the 500 unlock contributes nothing to it. So there are 3-4 resets before the next unlock with nothing to expect or show for it.
Just a huge timewall.

Secondly, by second Heretical reset there is little reason to even do regular resets aside from perhaps getting more tribulation multi and slightly improving gains for the heretical reset. But since reincarnation is only allowed at 70yo, it's not worth doing as the time sunk into that reset would give marginal gains after (what's 20% more reset currency when it costs half an hour to get to?). And it also makes farming tribulation multi an insane time sink.
At this point the game basically plays itself past age 20 and is just a wait game until 200yo to do heretic reset. Gains from technique minmaxing or regular resets are not worth the bother.

First three pill consumables are nice, but later Alchemy contributes very little. Specific jobs exp is pointless, techniques and Serenity combined already make moving past those bottlenecks a breeze, and only Dao Comprehension pill is of any note.

That's what I got from my playthrough so far :)
