Ending either work or it doesn't work, despite pressing D and S, it doesn't register it, and at the same time later when somehow IT DOES succeed you reverse back and then there is only W to press, and when you do press it, game over, which I think there shall be a J PRESSED BEFORE W.

Stick to reality, not fantasies.  It's piece of shit design at the ending, so they are actually not wrong, no matter how fast you are, Press D and then S, you still gonna get knifed,
