If that happens you can go to the settings and put a limit on npcs. You can even limit them when they are huge and it will shrink them. Limiting size when they get too big to talk to will let you fight them more or run to reset them.

Same thing happened to me. If you have enough potions you can just walk through. Also make sure you get the save down there so you don't have to worry about the gates.

Do you think it would be possible to add a chance to dodge the arrow traps if your belly is low enough. Like below 25-30 percent. Also having high belly you take half damage from arrow traps.
