Don't remember a redmoon symbol but the feral trait changes some of the mosters to have more animal traits, but it only works with a few of the monsters and not nearly all of them. For example I remeber the wolf girls having a feral version

It is free. You don't need to subscribe to their patreon in order find the download link. Search for "Team Bieno patreon" and when you get there go to their about section and scroll down a bit to "download links". Subscribing only gives you new versions faster but it's not required to get a newer version than the one here on itch.io

The itch.io page isn't being updated anymore but it's still being worked on as far as i know. You can get the most recent free version on their about page on patreon (currently 0.6.1)

If you want to download the free version, scroll down a bit from the download page (after clicking "No thanks, just take me to the downloads") you can find "Download and install instructions from RareAlex" where they explain the files and what they do

If you have a hard time with the segmented download make sure you are logged in otherwise you get an error
