I think the fishing is a bit to easy, maybe give a bigger pause before the line starts moving but if it touches the right side you fail to catch the fish.
I think the debt is to slow, my suggestion is that you either make the amount you need to pay every season larger/make it possible to pay more each season. Or you can make it so you need to pay it more often. You could also make different difficulties, Easy: same as it is now Medium: 15 days between payments Hard: 7 days between payments. This isn't in any way necessary just something i think would be nice.
I don't know how you could implement this, but maybe make a fish pet that you can find either by fishing or by walking further along the shore.
I really think there should be some way of removing planted seeds, its not really that important but it feels like there should be some way of removing them so you can replace misplaced seeds
