Hahah now I feel silly for just walking right past him over and over... Finally onto the next area! Genuinely thank you so much for the guidance!

I have downloaded the update and am still unable to pick up the mushrooms... is there only the one spot to find them? I've tried attacking them and also pressing E on them, but nothing happens either way. 

Hi! Loving the game already! Trying to get the medallions, I can't seem to pick up the red mushrooms I've found in the forest to make the mushroom sauce hot dog. 

I'm really enjoying the game, however I am finding the difficulty rather challenging; made it to where you're supposed to head to the dildo store and I feel soft-locked by the amount of enemies on my path. I can no longer even survive from the flat to where the dog is, the purple furries are too fast for me to dodge them and killing any of them with the pipe seems fruitless because I just lose all my health. I'll admit this may be because I don't play many survival horror games. Is there something that I'm missing or anything I can do to reduce the difficulty of the game so that I can progress through the game? Thank you so much!
