Hey, it's my first jam as well! Thanks for the feedback. I added difficulty ramping and a minimum price for items in a new patch. I didn't get around to putting it on itch, but it's available on my GitHub
May I ask what resolution your monitor is? The game starts in 1920x1080 windowed by default, so if your monitor has a smaller resolution, all the buttons will be displayed outside of your monitor
