Turning the ship makes no sense if it continues to fire straight ahead and looks out of place. The ship should rotate for about 45° to the left or right around its longitudinal axis.

I don’t mean to belittle your work in any way. For a one-man homebrew game, it’s a really great-looking and very playable C64 Shmup. Of course, it’s hard to compete with ‘Katakis’, even though that was also developed by just a small team. But a team of three very talented people, backed financially by a company like RA and working full-time on a project, can naturally achieve much more, so the comparison is a bit unfair. To show my respect for your work, I’ve just bought a copy of Voidlancer. Btw: if you ever develop a game inspired by ‘Turrican’, I can showcase it at our stand at Gamescom. ;-)

PS: What about releasing a physical copy  of Voidlancer?

I hope there's no need to press a button to switch directions. I played the original arcade cab a couple of weeks ago and switching directions with a dedicated button was no fun.

It’s not Katakis, mind you, but it’s still nice. :-)

👍

Should be on PS1. :-)

Hi.

I downloaded your game and had it scanned by MS Defender which resulted in a serious warning because of the Steam API.Is this a false positive? The result page is in German but I think you get the idea.

Hi.I tried to contact Денис Савин of Foxyland on Facebook if he's interested having his game being displayed at next weeks Gamescom 2019 event in Cologne/Germany.Please tell him to check his messages.Thanks.
