More kudos to Jamie for bringing the spaces to life. There are a few places I'm particularly looking forward to from later in the Week structure of the story.  Feel like they might also get a CG while there, so that will be cool too. Not sure if who on the team does the CGs, but there are some things I'm hoping get brought to life. Don't wanna spoil anyone who hasn't read the story by rambling specifics.

And while more builds of this and more chapters of the story are always appreciated, no pressure on you Algol or the rest of the team. Take care of yourselves and your lives so that way you can come back to work on this when you have time. 
 

Was good to see this get an update. Best wishes for the rest of the year and the next to the team behind this and anyone who reads this. 

Left most of my notes in the survey, which was neat to see. So couple quick things. Was cool to see the different background art of what makes up a fair portion of the story. Not sure if it is a team effort or one of the artists does the background, but was cool to see the gang's apartments. Kudos to the artist who did the art for the tiger/tigress poster. Them being so similar is a fun, playful thing. The animation with the hand and the door was also a nice surprise. Wish I had something to say about the sound effects or the soundtrack other than it being a nice  vibe. Just not something I have any real knowledge on. 

Minor thing I realized I left out of the survey. When updating on Itchio's launcher, the build didn't changed. Just went to the page and manually downloaded it, but not sure if that is something on your end, itch's or mine. 

To end on a positive, after going through  this new section I am thinking of rereading the story. Caught a few things in Jame's early visions that I am wondering if there is more to catch. 

Not that I'd mind if this did deviate from the novel, it will be cool to see the scenes play out in this VN. Found Nihil on Ao3 last year, binged it and probably left algol_ardhanari way too many comments XD.

If this does follow the story, then the choices will only effect your relationship with the route character and not the narrative that route is telling beyond that. The story will still lead to the end of the route narrative, so long as you avoid a bad end. For an example, you learn about Joshua's history and experience some horror, but if you don't help him resolve his issues then the narrative can end abruptly. Trying to avoid specifics to not spoil, but the story I keep talking about can be found and read if you want to see it for yourself.

Granted, the story for three of the four characters are still in progress on Ao3, so that might change. Again, mostly basing my statements off of what was written in the stories. 

If you're asking if there will be a branching narrative for all the friend, then yes if this follows the story. If you're asking if there will be choices, then yes again if this follows the story. I don't know if the VN will expand upon them, but I think there is about three to five choices once you're locked into a character. The choices leading to a "good" or "bad" end depending. Again, this is all speculation based off the story that might be getting revised or changed for the VN.

You can read ahead on Ao3 if you don't want to wait. Can search up the writer's name or just use the link I put at the bottom. The warning at the beginning is there for a reason, this sometimes is a horror story and some heavy themes are handled with every one of the main characters. Its still an enjoyable read that I would recommend.

When I saw that this was actually being made into a VN, I had to check it out. Read the stories on Ao3, so it is cool to see it visually and everything is stellar so far. Know it is Build 1, but left wanting more when it ended. Already following ya to keep up to date with it.

One minor note for it, pertaining to the phone. For the Library section of the phone, there seems to be no way to exit the selected text other than reading to the end or quiting out. Know this is Build 1, so things like that will be added eventually, but figured pointing it out wouldn't hurt and for all I know I might have missed how to do it.
