Played ATARAXIA a few weeks ago with two other people and had some of the most fun I've ever had at the table. Beautifully designed with so much room for players who enjoy multiple kinds of play to find space to do things. Our referee added some encounters which flowed really naturally, and puzzling out how to solve the CHERNOBORG problem was an absolute highlight. We loved every second of it. Thank you for the wonderful pamphlet!

Hi there! I'm not sure what exactly was confusing, so forgive me if I'm over explaining. I suppose I should warn for spoilers here.
Ending 3: the Creature Ending is called as such because the monsters win in this situation. The idea behind it is that while you were pacifistic, the monsters aren't necessarily aligned with your methods. The monsters never explain what will happen when the barrier comes down, just that you're helping them get back into the village. They're taking their home back, just through violence. Hope you enjoyed playing!
