Ok so you can search how to fix it on google and there are tutorials for it i think it's a problem with windows 10 and 11 Just search "How to fix D3D11 problem"

Hey did you do the setup? if not then go to where you installed the C++ thing and run it then it will open the setup but before it opens it will ask you if you want this app to make changes to your computer click confirm or whatever it says and then do the setup

it said the same thing to me so what you need to do is click the more information button or i forgot what it says it just tell you more about the problem and a button will appear that says "Run anyway" click it and it will start but you might have another problem that says "Missing "Runtime C++" if that happens i know how to fix it just tell me

and go down a bit and then download the version compatible with your system and now you can open it if you still have a problem you can tell me i will try to help
