mabhe of your lucky there's one before the fight.
If i recall that fight has softlock protection.
Load the save. Lose the fight. And it should put you at the entrance of the capital after the game over.
Go to the church and reset your sensitivity and fetish levels.
Try losing the fight. It might bring you back to a safer area. That and check the quick and auto saves they might also save you here.
