We have a large budget to commission a talented pixel artist or artists for game assets.
Map and level design (parallax)
Inventory item assets (armor, weapons, magic tomes, potions, food, etc)
Village/town assets (exterior and interior housing assets/home furnishings/decorative items, etc)
Characters, Enemies, NPC's, etc
Graphical look and feel is an enhanced FF6/ChronoTrigger style.
Game itself will be relatively small in scope.
