1. Make sure updated to latest version

2. If still crashing, make sure you're in windows mode, and 60 fps (May need to be adjusted to 60fps in GPU software)

3. At the Main Menu Options change the settings to low for graphics, and make sure DoF is turned off. Do the same in the in-game options and then save. (Side-note, Main Menu settings may not save, they are separate menus)

4. Open file properties, change to compatibility mode windows 8, right click on the program to properties, then compatibility mode for windows 8 click it on.

5. Make sure hardware specs are up to date(spec). Apus don't work for the engine, only GPU and CPU machines works (Steam Deck work for some reason.)

6. Reinstall after uninstalling it (back up save), After reinstalling, use the launcher in game file (make sure not to delete your save file hence the back up your save).

7. If above doesn't work, please reinstall or repeat the steps above, if issue still persist contact one of us. Or contact panic.

Add the exe to Steam as a non-steam game. Then on Steam in the properties of the game enable compatability and set it to Proton Experimental. This should solve the "fatal error" message, on Deck at least.

run at low res and turn off depth of field, i can't seem to limit frames through nvidia, that's one thing that will tank performance because it's running native unlocked frames
