I got a bug where the grid UI stays after entering the tournament not allowing me to shoot the zombies how do i fix this?

I just got a new Samsung S23 Ultra, was excited to see this game run on the new phone but after it finishes downloading my phone cannot open the file at all, I've re-downloaded multiple times but my phone still won't open the file, I have other games downloaded from itch.io that have given me no problems so idk what's going on :/
