all of your talents mesh so harmoniously together...i keep wondering if kit and tels would be happier under different circumstances. watching an admired person degrade over time for the sake of work-as-exploitation hurts immensely. the music is hauntingly warm, i love the gui and the changing colors within it, the models and the cgs created with them are so so beautiful. i really enjoy how the characters think and are written. kit and tels strike me both as childlike adults that have found a special comfort and understanding with one another. even if/when they hurt the other. i think that bond is special and rare and it makes the tragedy of the end hurt so much more.

the scene where kit talked about her hair really moved me as that was once a vice of my own. wahh. thinking about everything again and i feel very touched... ;__; a beautiful creation, thank you

i wondered a lot about xelia after playing loner dog, so needless to say i really enjoyed xxu! the music, camera positions, and modeling bring out an overall sense of doom throughout the story. xelia's words to mariette were powerful, dire, and cathartic. we lose so much to so many mariettes and the pain and rage of that is conveyed masterfully through xelia's speech. i was also moved by the juxtaposition of xelia speaking with her friends vs xelia speaking to mariette. these are both her and they are both hurting, but they couldn't be anymore different in presentation.

thank you!

i love this so much. the crochet assets are so gorgeous, the sprites and cgs are lovely, and the music is fun and really sets the tone. callie is the most normal college girl ever. i loved her expressions from the start, especially her blank eyed ones that clued in a sense of something being amiss with her. it was fun watching things pan out and her quickly becoming worse. i remember gasping when the roommate was revealed and her appearance resembled that of the bug girl's.

to cope with the idea of hurting a type of creature she respects, she has replaced its image with a cutesy busty babbling simulacrum of her human roommate...much to think about

the style of this vn is absolutely and uniquely incredible. the full animation, the noisy backgrounds and textures, the emo inspiration. i felt for how lost and distressed cassidy was feeling in these distorted spaces. i hope he gets some fresh food soon. he's winning!!!

i played this right after waking up and it felt like i was dreaming again. i really enjoyed this experience!!

woah...i really enjoyed this. it overwhelmed me, and i like that. the depths of clover's emptiness and the utter coldness of lotus' treachery. the sickly warmth made from their intertwined despair. i liked when clover started evily quipping back filth with lotus. stumbling through this world as nothing, yet it still being affected by Her to be able to mirror her vileness to some degree. the entire concept of the belt and its effects on the lives and minds of people was really interesting and led up to an unexpected and inevitable ending. i also loved the music choices, they really amplified the atmosphere of the scenes. there were a few times where i would take a little break to listen before hopping back in ehe

thank you for sharing this experience!

what an incredible story and very gorgeously gritty vn. absolute mindfuck, especially in the latter half. the turbulence from these characters and their relationships is so, so viscerally painful while simultaneously granting comfort while having a bpd episode. nessa's advice went straight to my heart. fuck!! i love this a whole lot. thank you.

i discovered a love for visual novels this year, and this one is still one of my favorites out of all the ones ive read!  i ended up replaying it just now hehe....i feel warm! ive already said it before, but im always, always fond of stories with weird mentally ill black girls. the way the characters think and speak about/to each other and the world around them feels really human and genuine to me. i liked the keyboard scenes especially. a lot of wiiltt i found familiar, and i was able to learn from the experiences that weren't. emma trying her best to be human,  aiyana's ed + narcolepsy and forgiving demeanor, adelaide's tiredly candid and abrasively sweet personality, the doting butch eva...i care them all. im grateful to have been able to experience them and this story, thank you!
