This game was one of the hardest for me to rate! I kind of love and hate it at the same time xD
Very provocative, but also unique, and, to my shame, way too engaging. I actually felt sad when the game stopped at the part where you enter the painting, because I wanted to see more.
I’m not sure if that was a bug - I just couldn’t move or interact with anything right after opening the entrance behind the painting. But I’d love to give it another try when I have time.
Also, I’m not a big fan of AI-generated images, but they really helped you create so much content in such a short time, which is honestly impressive. And the red lighting around interactable objects was a nice touch.
Thanks for sharing!

Wow! That's some cool looking environment! Loved it and the game overal
It was super fun!

Finally, I can afford a trip to the Wizards of the Woods! I hope they’ll find me worthy of studying there :)
Somehow I walked off the grid for a while, but that’s okay,  it didn’t cause any bugs or issues.
I liked the bouncing liquid on the floor and your choice of art style
Thanks for the game!

The dungeon is now clean and tidy! I really enjoyed the puzzle mini-games. It feels refreshing to be a peaceful character in the game, surrounded by such grateful NPCs. All the graphics are well put together and the skeletons are just adorable. Thanks for the ability to pick up shields from banners when needed.

I liked the teeny-tiny inventory - made me hesitate every time I see new item! Fun short game, not too easy, not too dificult. Thanks for sharing ^_^

I extremely liked all the unique death explanation in this game x) Made me want to fail each stem just to read more of them! The game played very fun, loved it

I escaped for this time!
I've enjoyed very much hand painted textures! Everything is lovely looking in one style. Going to spend all my 73 coins on sweat rolls
Thanks for a game!

Turn-based combats feels fresh! Thanks for sharing

Yipieee!
loved dragon's hand like shapes! Thanks for sharing

I’m so happy you liked it! Thank you for noticing all the little details made with love 💛

I’m really rooting for every player to get through two main problems -  the experimental controls and that tricky lever trap. (In hindsight, we probably should have added a few warning signs to show that this area requires some preparation, like clearing loot from previous rooms first/ get more eggs,  or simply made that section easier.  Lesson learned!)

I hope it didn’t affect your experience too much.

Thank you so much for playing our game and sharing your thoughts ^_^

Such a cool game! Loved it and all the funny sounds

The rogue AI has been defeated, and the city is now safe!

I really enjoyed playing. I tried to figure out what to do without reading any instructions at first, and after my first death, I did! There are a lot of unique and creative mechanics in this game. I especially liked the risky upgrade management, and the trace mechanic made me hurry to find a new location before being detected. Cool and very creative entry

Thanks a lot for a game!

I’m on cloud nine because of this comment! Thank you so much for your kind words and for such a genuinely fun playthrough. It was an absolute joy to watch you play.

The more we hear feedback like this about a full version of the game, the more we want to actually make it! Ideas are just flowing on their own. I really hope everything works out and we’ll be able to show a full version next. In that case you'll be one of the first our testers ^_^
Huge thanks for the stream, your support, and for picking up the controls so naturally - even without a proper tutorial!

Somehow, I managed to finish the game and I’m glad I did. I really liked the visual style of the first location and the overall texture work. The bookshelves, in particular, look incredibly volumetric. Is that all done on a flat surface with just normal and mask maps? If so, that’s seriously impressive.

The lighting is vibrant and juicy, with pleasant background animations throughout. The main menu is beautiful. I loved the futuristic font and the rocket landing animation. The sound design is solid, and the voice lines were fun, giving me strong The Stanley Parable vibes. The first part of the game felt comedic and playful, which I really enjoyed.

I wasn’t entirely sure how my progress in the first part affects the second part of the game. Is there a point in doing certain things before the stealth key mission? And are there multiple endings? The one I got felt quite bleak, so now I’m wondering if there are alternative outcomes. I also didn’t fully understand what was happening in the world or why things were the way they were.

One thing I didn’t enjoy was the enemy “attack” animations in the darker part of the game. They felt quite disturbing and unpleasant, but more importantly, they were hard to read. It wasn’t clear when my character actually took damage at first, it seemed like enemies just walked past or stepped over me without hurting me, which made me less cautious than I should have been. Only after seeing the “you died” screen I realized those animations were actually attacks, and I adjusted my behavior afterward.

The idea of awarding suitable amount of XP to yourself as you play is new for me and pretty engaging

It was an interesting experience. Thanks for your submission!

I really enjoyed this game! From the very first character selection screen all the way to the ending, it was fun and engaging to play.

The music is lovely and incredibly catchy. I still find myself humming the main tune even after finishing the game :)

The art is super clean and consistent, everything fits together beautifully in a cohesive style. I especially loved the moment at the beginning where the tree subtly blocks the moon when you look at the temple, such a nice touch. Each area has its own distinct vibe, with sound effects that perfectly match the environment. The water zone feels fresh and light, while the earth zone has that satisfying rolling-stone ambience in the background. Overall, I really enjoyed the visuals.

The difficulty felt intentionally adjusted, probably to make the game more accessible. At one point, my character lost all HP, but right after the fight it started regenerating automatically. This made the experience much smoother, letting me continue without restarting  and I’m sure it helped prevent some players from dropping the game. For a full release, I’d personally love to see a higher difficulty, but for a game jam, this balance feels just right.

The dizzy mechanic was fun x) I only fully understood how it worked the third time I encountered it, which actually made it more memorable.

Overall, this is a very strong and enjoyable submission. Thanks for the game!

I really enjoyed this game! The aggressive grandmas with their dogs and the stray packs felt just like my hometown
with one key difference: here, I can actually fight back haha

Climbing up to the rooftop and discovering you can explore three different levels was such an unexpected and awesome moment. The game feels completely different before and after you find the map  like day and night.
I especially loved how unique the enemies are. The candy snake creatures, the boss, and the little mice all looked super cool, and the piranha was pretty funny. There are so many creative ideas packed into this.
It was also great that the characters actually talk to each other. It made the story feel more alive and well-developed. I've end up carrying about my characters and creating personalities and visuals for them in my head

Also i liked the music! Would like to hear it more during exploration time

Thanks for this submission, I've had a lot of fun playing and my teammate watching me play :)

Thank you so much for playing our game and for such a thoughtful comment 💛 It really means a lot to us that you noticed all these little details. I personally spent a lot of time drawing them, so it makes me incredibly happy to know they were seen and appreciated.
The cheese tea actually wasn’t planned at all! it kind of forced its way into the game and stole time from other things 😄 But I had so much fun making it that I don’t regret it at all :)
Also, your idea about letting the claw interact with levers and buttons is genuinely brilliant. We’re definitely going to use it in the full version of the game!
And thank you as well for the feedback on combat and enemy readability. That’s really valuable for us, and we’ll be looking into improving it!
