After I exit the game at a point when I open again I hear a sound but a black screen could you tell me how to solve this problem ?

In the area after picking up the flashlight I cant pick up the photos I dont know why when I press e to pick it up it doesnt pick anything so could help me with this problem and tell me how to complete the game
