so is female protag still just in testing or paid access only? it's been hard to keep up

I find it extremely difficult to play on my keyboard and it's extremely frustrating when the instructions are very vague and there aren't any keybinds to view. I must ask, is this game primarily meant for gamepad users? Because either I am just very horrible at the game or this is just a genuine reason I'm unable to progress the game much.
