Cool game! So many little guys to shoot. My game and yours ended up pretty similar 👀

Had a great time solving those puzzles. Great work!

I left a comment with some feedback and a rating. Thanks for playing AOT :D

Creative game. Had a fun time causing chaos. Took a while for me to realise that you could leave town but I found out how and started getting eaten by the foxes lmao!

I think the game might need a full screen button since the main menu looks a bit cut off. Other than that the game is fun and enjoyable. Good work!

Hi I released a fix to loop the music. Thanks for pointing that bug out :D I'm happy you enjoyed the music and the game!

Hi thanks for playing the game and giving this feedback!

A cool tip which may help you progress faster is to kill higher value enemies and unlock sword radius which allows you to pick up more coins in a larger area :D Killing the boss also drops you 1,500 gold which takes you 50% of the way there!

Thank you for the feedback ❤️I am glad that Attack on titan tiny was a fun game for you!

Left a comment with some feedback and a rating. Thanks for the feedback on AOT. I am pleased that you found the game enjoyable 👍

Cool game! I got pretty far. Is there a boss?

Feedback:

Might wanna take a look at balancing because I feel like I level up faster than I take damage. I was purposefully taking damage and not dodging because I knew that I would not die since I would level up before that.

That's just me nitpicking at a detail I had while playing.

The abilities were fun. I liked the water ball and poison trail. Some abilities felt too similar to each other though and I had a hard time differentiating them from each other.

Overall a good submission. Great work!

Congrats on your first game jam! The art and color palette was great, capturing the aesthetic of clouds perfectly.

Here is the feedback I have for the game:

I liked the levels but I think a way you could make exploration more interesting is to implement "show" instead of "tell". Some examples would be to allow your player to discover parts about your game (by making the level design obvious) than explicitly telling them what mechanics do (like collecting shards).

Some examples I'll point out.

Instead of "easy and hard path", you could use color, shape or even images (like a sign with a skull) so that the player can feel like they're in control of  the exploration and discover things.

This is just me nitpicking at details but the game is fine as it is. Great submission!

The game's polish is immaculate. I enjoyed the mechanics, parrying was satisfying and the UI is beautiful.

I'm wondering how the heck y'all got this finished in 2 weeks since this is impressive.

I gave this game a try and the art is beautiful. Game is cozy and has a nice vibe. Thanks for trying my game ❤️

Great job on your submission! Making a game in a day or two is impressive. I hope your game does well in the jam :D

Hi I left a comment and rating on your game! Thanks for playing AOT, I am happy you found it polished.

(1 edit)

Cool game! I liked the hand drawn into for the game. The story was funny.

For feedback:

The objectives felt similar too similar to each other. Picking up eggs and picking up milk felt like the same objective so it would be nice to include a mini game or tasks to get these items to provide more variety for the player.

I lost because I did not have logs. I found it weird that I needed to do the tasks in order when I CAN achieve other objectives, so if they had to be done in order the map should enforce this so that objectives are achieved sequentially. It didn't bother me too much so its not a huge deal.

 Good job on this submission!

Nice submission! The pixel art is cool and the enemies had nice designs.

Thanks for playing the game! I'm happy that you thought that game was yummy 😊

Regarding the unit limit, I decided to keep the game short as I knew that it would get repetitive if the game was much longer. If I ever plan to expand this game beyond this, I'll consider a more dynamic unit deployment system. Thanks for the feedback!

I left a review with some feedback and a rating. Great work on your submission! Thanks for trying out AOT I really appreciate it :D

The art looks great and I liked the character design for the different shrooms :D

Something I found tricky was how I couldn't react to how fast the attacks were coming at me. That may just be skill issue on my end but I think if the attacks had a specific colour indicator, I would know whether to prepare a melee dodge or a projectile dodge. Some extra time to react would be nice.

Other than that I enjoyed your game!

Glad you had fun with the game!

Yes we must return to simpler times. Maybe we need to 'Return To Monke'

The juice and polish on this game is immaculate. I loved how visually stunning everything was and it displays the amount of effort you put into this game. Great work!

Got absolutely cooked by the boss which is skill issue on my end but its a great game.

I gave your game a shot and it was quite unique! I had a fun time playing it.

Thanks for giving AOT a shot when you get home :D

Lol thats a cool game! My memory lowkey sucks tho ahahah.

But Hey I got an apple!

I left a comment with some feedback and played your game. Thanks for giving my game a chance !

I tried your game but I can't seem to get past the first part D:

The dog enemy just moves way too fast! Might just be skill issue on my end. Cool game nonetheless.

Hi I left a rating and a comment on your game! It would be cool if you could rate my game:

Cute and cozy submission! Pretty cool base building and I built some absolutely diabolical buildings lol

Hi thanks for playing the game! I made the game in 5 days. The leader board was one of the coolest features for this game so I am happy you found that nice :D

When levelling up, you can hover over an upgrade and it tells you what the upgrade will do. Most upgrades improved the units that you deployed and allowed them to deal more damage, shoot faster etc.

Aint now way bro submitted this game from February to the jam 😭😭

Finished the game, left a comment and a rating. Thanks for giving my game a shot too !

Beat the game! It was fun to play. The little guys were quite cute and the fish guy was funny. Rip the fish that brought us to the mountain tho :(

Thanks for playing my game! I left a rating and feedback on your game :D

LOL youre now the fifth person who has told me that its similar to "We Become What We Behold". The artstyles ARE similar so I see what you mean. I'm happy you enjoyed my game :D

spawning bombs are OP. Cool game!

HOW ON EARTH AM I MEANT TO BEAT THIS LMAO

Very cool game. I liked how the different equipment affected the gameplay so that was fun. There is no Monkes tho...

The li'l guys are so cute! I enjoyed the game. Theme interpretation to build a cozy town for your little guys is unique and I liked it 👍👍

This game was a neat incremental and I loved the progression of it. The style and visuals are clean too. I love incrementals and this was a fun one so great submission to the jam!
