I've also never used the maxout cheats so that can't be the source either.

I have a glitch preventing me from progressing the game. I've only ever played on version 13.2 but I also have the android human kit glitch. I bought it at some point in the play through and now I can't rebuy it or even have the option to give it to her. Is there a cheat code that can add items like the android human kit to your character again? Or a file edit in game files to add it to the mail?
