I would assume that like this game's counterpart that there are/will be slime girls within the game. As for breeding, I think it's the same concept as breeding pokemon to where the one being bred will be the race of the offspring.
You need to select Watchtower in the 2 dots selection. It's the upgraded version of the Outpost
