[game directory]\characters\monika.chr

Delete [game directory]\game\firstrun. Easy, no reinstall!

On Windows it reads the user file :D

Cuz the game runs from that user file (C:\Users\[username]\[wherever your game is])

This will ensure that the game finds EVERY single file.

Have the shortcut run as adminstrator by Properties > Shortcut > Advanced > Run as adminstrator
