I'm so glad you like it-- yes, you'd be welcome to translate it into Italian :)

Thank you for the high praise! :D I hope that you continue to enjoy little moments of creativity with this little game as a tool. :) I also find myself returning to it in the ~pandemic times~ when getting a game together with other humans is difficult and draining. Always glad to hear that other folks enjoy it the same way I do.

Thank you for enjoying the game and for sharing your log - it's so wonderful! I adore how much you ran with the ocean/seaside theme. Go use that inspiration and continue to make wonderful things! :)

haha great! let me try!

Anyway, thanks for pouring your continued energy into this jam. We literally do not care!

Hi all! Based off of the feedback we've been receiving, we've extended the submission period to this Friday, July 31st, at 11:59 PM (CST). So you have a bit more time to post your submissions or refine things! We're so pleased with the work we've received so far and can't wait to see what else you all have in store. Wishing you the best!

Hi everyone! Hope you're all getting excited for the jam!

Our kickoff stream is on our YouTube tomorrow (7/10) starting at 4:30pm CT. It'll feature interviews with professor Robert Vargas, Director of the Violence, Law, and Politics Lab, will be speaking;  Patrick Jagoda, who specializes in new media studies, alongside Ashlyn Sparrow, a game designer and Assistant Director of the Weston Game Lab; and finally, John Harness, an indie tabletop role-playing game developer and itch jam leader. The challenge begins on Monday (7/13). Hope to see you there!

Hi everyone,

As we gear up for the jam, come join the conversation on Discord! Use it to find partners, share resources, and build community.

Thanks for the question! All of the organizers are US-based, and the resources and scholarship we're planning on providing as the jam continues are fairly US-centric (just as a result of who we are and what we have access to). But we're of course very excited to hear international perspectives and voices! Any interactions with the idea of a future without police (no matter where that future takes place, or what police system the work is responding to)  are welcome here.

That would be amazing !

Wow, thank you for your kind words, and for sharing your work! Seeing what people are making with the game has been so exciting! And I'm glad that you found the time allowed surprising --  I'm always happy to share that weird, wild, "creative writing time passes separately from normal time" feeling. : )
