Yes, I see that arrow. I flight to it and the reach the station. Can I lose here? Can I not reach the station?

But what should I do during the run?

Thank you for all who participated in jam and especially for those who submitted their games.  You are all awesome!

I hope everyone will finish and polish their games and earn a lot of money with it :)

Next jam will be at Spring 2026.

Looks nice, but I can't understand what to do and how to achieve a fun.

It's awesome. It remembered me games from my childhood

> how can we dm the host

You can send DM to me via itch

Choose option which you like more

You can choose game that has already fit theme or adapt any game to fit theme or even completely ignore it. It is just an additional challenge if you wish to accept it.

I can suggest next themes for voting

1. Two Worlds – One Hero

Example: Players switch between two parallel worlds with different rules and environments. Actions taken in one world directly influence the other, creating strategic and puzzle-like gameplay.

2. Everything Is Reversed

Example: A world where nothing works as expected: enemies heal you, friends get in your way, physics behaves strangely, and controls may feel inverted. The challenge is to master chaos.

3. The World After Light

Example: The planet has lost all natural light. Players must navigate, survive, and solve challenges using sound, limited visibility, and dynamic shadows instead of traditional lighting.

4. Tiny Hero in a Giant World

Example: The player controls a miniature character in an enormous environment. Everyday objects become huge obstacles, insects become bosses, and exploration feels epic despite the tiny scale.

5. Reboot the World

Example: Civilization functions like a broken computer system. Glitches distort reality, NPCs behave like corrupted files, and the player must “debug” the world to prevent total collapse.

6. A Day That Repeats

Example: A looping-day game where every cycle reveals new details. Whether it’s a detective story, a roguelite, or a narrative puzzle, players must use each repetition to uncover the truth.

7. Only One Button

Example: A game fully controlled with a single input. The challenge is to design clever mechanics, timing-based puzzles, or combat systems that feel deep despite extreme simplicity.

8. Through Someone Else’s Eyes

Example: Players perceive the world from a non-traditional perspective: through the eyes of animals, drones, security cameras, or even memories. Vision constraints shape unique gameplay.

9. The Wrong Superhero

Example: The protagonist has a superpower… but it’s unreliable or works in unexpected ways. Teleportation sends you sideways, fireballs melt your shoes, strength triggers unintended chaos.

10. The Last Signal

Example: Moments before a global catastrophe, the world receives one final mysterious transmission. Players must decode it, interpret its meaning, and act fast — every decision matters.

I made a jam https://itch.io/jam/demastering-jam-2025 but can't find it on itch now (even when I click on "Hosted Jams" button). I can only see it in my profile at submissions and jams page. Is it okay?

Fell free to suggest theme from which we will choose a theme for Demastering Jam 2025

Thank you. Unfortunatelly can't finish it because of war

Do you have a logo on transparent background. I removed pixels from this page logo but it looks not as good as it deserve.

Will you repeat this jam later in this year?

Yup. It is in development right now.

I love your style, bro. That tiny soldiers are brilliant idea. I broke my head trying to make different soldiers using sprites 8x8px. But you did it by 4 pixels (right?) Amazing

Yes, you are better artist :)

I followed all graphics and sound limitations of target platform. But I don't know how to draw

Awasome! It is similar to my Red Alert for NES https://yellowcartridge.itch.io/redalertnes but looks much better :)

Awesome! Thank you

Can I use this awesome name "Tiny RTS" as the name of game? I like it so much.

Yeah! Sheeps :)

(1 edit)

It will be good to have some neutral creatures on map, for i.e. sheeps or birds

I want to wathch that episode of Simpsons ) What is it?

Parody of C&C RedAlert made in NES style

Gameplay video:

I'm glad to hear it. Thank you :)

Great!

For RTS I need animations:

For units: IDLE, MOVE, ATTACKING, TAKING_DAMAGE, DEATH (HEAL for healers, CAST_MAGIC for mages, HARVEST_RESOURCE and CONTRUCT_BUILDING for workers)
For buildings: CONSTRUCTION, FULL_CONSTRUCTED, DAMAGED (for towers also AIM and SHOOT)

I can pay you additional money for this, just tell me price.

Do you plan to add 16x16px units? I think about catapults and ships. Maybe also Dragons/Zepelins as flying units and 8x16px as knight unit.

Does it have death animation and animation of taking damage?

This freeze happens in AI. I'm going to delete that module and write new from scratch based on starcraft AI bot.

2P game mode should not freeze.

Thank you for bug report. I will fix it. Next update will be ready soon.
