I'll definitely try again. I like 2D platformers and if it's just that one part it's not that bad anyways. :] (quite the opposite actually, a really good game! :>)

Isn't that the point of a game jam

Immaculate game! It was a great choice not to punish the player when messing up and the most important part of a game like that - the music - is phenomenal too!

Thank you for the feedback! Sorry that it wasn't clear that you could just run up walls and ceilings, I'm going to add that to the description of the game! (and if I were to continue developing the game I'd definitely make a tutorial stage to clarify that this was something the player could do)

I liked the music. :) Everything else was good too, but I feel like the deadline came a bit too fast, right? I feel you there though! (that design of that angel/skeletton is so cool though!)

The boxes behaved a bit weirdly and a switch seemed to be placed a bit too far down into the ground, which caused it to activate repeatedly. I also got stuck in the room with two switches and two boxes Even when both boxes were on top of the switches the door just wouldn't open. Upon a restart the issue was gone however, so wasn't a problem!

All in all: Good game!

I like the premise of the game. It's my cup of tea, however, I struggled to pass the one rotating platform, as I always seemed to phase through it... any help/advice? It's especially frustrating, because this isn't only a genre I like, no, it's even the same engine I used.

Got to 75 :D Took me a while to figure out you're safe on the ground. Taking that risk to take off is especially thrilling!

Wow! Marvelous music, impeccable art style and a very nice premise. I'm just more of a fan when games have an actual ending. I ended up playing until a million in approx. 150 turns and then just hit "roll the dice" to see what happens when you lose, but that is really just my preference that is speaking here.

The video's now up on the game's page. You can find the playthrough on the channel itself.

Thanks! I'll upload my playthrough of the game if that helps :)

Not the most creative game of all time but that music! Woah! Definitely enjoyed it. Art style is also nice.
