I use spacebar its work ! but i cant beat her XD too strong

Hi, I can't beat Sasami (the fight in her mouth). I can only target her gullet, and after a while she swallows us whole, so it's a guaranteed defeat. Yet I've seen videos where people manage to damage her tongue, but I can't. Is it a targeting bug? How do I beat her in this situation? Thanks for your help.
