The one you get on Chapter 3
-Scene(You have some time before work. What should you do?): Go to the flower shop / Go treat yourself to a nice lunch.

*SPOILERS WARNING AGAIN*

Just to make sure..... You didn't go to the Flower shop more than once after you got the clue, right?
Also.... Not sure if it will affect the results or not, but when you went and cooked with Papyrus, I asked all questions and did you go against the love interest you choose? (In my case I helped Papyrus in the food fight)... Again, not sure if these are needed to be not killed by Doc. Rose...

Or you could restart the game, and see if that helps

- Scene(You are rudely awaken by gunshots.): Go to the window.
-Scene(You see an older man sobbing.): Go to the man kneeling on the street. Mr. Scott.
-Scene(You have some time before work. What should you do?): Go to the flower shop / Go treat yourself to a nice lunch.

Chapter4
-Scene(you do not feel tired. How would you like to spend your night?): Go for a run.
-Scene(You feel the hairs on the back of your neck raise.): 
Linger and assess. -> Jump back -> Go into the alleyway
-Scene(You are out with Ralsei/Asriel): There's a swan park not far from here.

Chapter45
-Scene(First choice of the chapter):  You need to buy a new pillow
-Scene(Gaster confronts you): You decide to give him a chance. -> Relax at home.
-Scene(You wonder how Mr. Scott is doing.):
Check up on him. -> Gently ask about his son. -> Inquire about Edward. -> Is that the only reason? -> You softly ask him to tell you what he knows.

Chapter6
-Scene(Ralsei calls you from the mirror.):  Sure. You'll meet up with them.
-Scene(If you’re not needed, then there is no reason to stay.): Stay.
-Scene(Chara invites you for another movie.): Answer honestly. -> You think it’s more important to leave.
-Scene(idk what your route, mine is Sans, and he is upset): You move to catch his hand.

Yeah, not an easy thing in this XD

Have died a lot too, until I decided to start from 0 and change a lot of choices, and only THEN I managed to live, and even like that I had to backtrack sometimes lol

But if you need any more help, just ask and I'll try my best to help!

And in chapter 5 (after you bought the pillow and stayed home) did it trigger to visit Mr. Scott?

After the date with Sans, did you go to the swan park with Ralsei/Asriel?
