Whisper AI (Free) can transcribe into SRT files. I used ATrain (Atrain) for whisper - easy simple gui and fast and accurate as I have found. Lyric to video was a painful adventure. lol - This will take lyrics, transcribe them, and then you can import into any video editing software that lets you upload srt files and then boom you can even fancify your text and edit with ease. - Hope this helps!
