I got the paid version of this game, what happened to it?

I know it's your game and you can do whatever you want, but please don't change the original models, the new Lucy is not poorly done or anything, but it feels really out of place and non congruent with the story, it almost feels like a mod.
Maybe you could take advantage of the new model and make it a friend of Sarah as they look to be similar in age.
